TeamViewer has joined the XLA® Institute as a Global Premium ISV Member. As the globally recognized authority on Experience Management (XM) and Experience Level Agreements (XLAs), the XLA® Institute provides standards, training and certification in the shift from Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to XLAs.
TeamViewer’s acquisition of 1E combined its market-leading remote connectivity and digital workplace solutions with 1E’s Digital Employee Experience (DEX) platform.
