TeamViewer 资产管理

要使用TeamViewer 资产管理，设备必须运行以下操作系统之一

  • Windows 11 (22000 或更高版本) x64 / 10 (1607 或更高版本) x64 / 8.1 x64 / 7* SP1 (已安装扩展安全更新)
  • Windows 服务器 2022 / 2019 / 2016 / 2012 R2 / 2012
  • TeamViewer 还必须安装 15.48.5 完整版或 （或更高版本）。Host

*Windows 7：默认情况下，Windows 7 只启用 TLS1.0。 出于安全考虑，与TeamViewer 服务器的连接至少要使用 TLS1.2。

  • Windows 2022 / 2019 / 2016 / 2012 R2 / 2012 / 2008 R2 / 2008 / 服务器

  • TeamViewer 还必须安装 14.5.1691 完整版或 （或更高版本）。Host
  • Linux Debian（支持的大多数发行版（deb））从 2019 年 1 月发布的 14.1.9025 开始工作。TeamViewer
  • Linux ARM、Rasbian 和其他基于 Debian 的 ARM 发行版
  • MacOS 10.12 (Sierra), 10.13 (HighSierra), 10.14 (Mojave), 10.15 (Catalina) 11.2-5 (Big Sur), 12 (Monterey), 13 (Ventura)

    • TeamViewer 必须安装 14.5 或更高版本。

  • macOS 10.14 (Mojave), 10.15 (Catalina), 11.2-5 (BigSur), 12 (Monterey), 13 (Ventura)
    • 支持配备 ARM 处理器（Apple M1）的 Mac 设备。

在Linux 上，必须安装TeamViewer 15.21 完整版或Host （或更高版本），而且要保护的设备必须运行以下操作系统之一：

  • Linux:
    1. Endpoint Protection:Debian 9、Red Hat EnterpriseLinux 7、Red Hat EnterpriseLinux 8、Ubuntu 22.04、Ubuntu 20.04 LTS、Ubuntu 18.04 LTS、CentOS 7、SUSELinux Enterprise Server 15
    2. Endpoint Detection and Response:Red Hat EnterpriseLinux 7、Red Hat EnterpriseLinux 8、Ubuntu 22.04、Ubuntu 20.04 LTS、Ubuntu 18.04 LTS、CentOS 7、CentOS 8

注意： Ubuntu 22.04 需要TeamViewer 15.26 或更高版本。

Backup(备份)

要使用备份，您要备份的设备必须运行以下操作系统之一：

  • Windows 11 / 10 / 8.1 / 8 / 7 SP1 及更高版本*
  • Windows Server 2022 / 2019 / 2016 / 2012 R2 / 2012 / 2008 R2 SP1 还必须安装
  • TeamViewer 14.5 完整版或 Host（或更高版本）
  • macOS 10.14 (Mojave)、10.15 (Catalina)、11.2-5 (BigSur)、12 (Monterey)、13 (Ventura)
